CPR Training

Each year, between 300,000-400,000 deaths due to cardiac arrests occur in the United States outside of a hospital. AED Training

An automated external defibrillator, or AED, works by checking the heart's rhythm, then delivering an electric shock to the heart of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. AEDs are the only effective treatment for restoring a regular heart rhythm during sudden cardiac arrest. First Aid Training

The American Red Cross offers first aid classes in Idaho that can help you prepare for the unexpected.
