The first step towards becoming an Authorized Provider is to contact our sales department to obtain an application and agreement. Please contact Jen Kirkham at Jennifer.kirkham@redcross.org for this information. After your agreement is completed and approved, you will be directed to register for an accredited American Red Cross Instructor certification course. By becoming an Authorized Provider (AP) Agreement or Licensed Training Provider, you agree to provide American Red Cross instructional programs in accordance with that program’s standards and objectives.
