The Arizona Babysitter Training course from the American Red Cross is designed those ages 11 to 15, and is delivered in a traditional classroom setting. At the Red Cross we offer two online Arizona babysitter certification classes: Babysitting Basics, and Advanced Child Care. These courses are delivered entirely online and are designed to help you better care for the infants and children in your charge. These courses allow you to train at your own pace making it easy to become comfortable with the material in each section before moving on to the next.
In Arizona, babysitter certification from the Red Cross is valid for two years. In order to maintain your credentials, certificate holders can enroll in one of our abbreviated recertification courses, which allows you to receive the latest information, update your skills, and renew your certification for an additional two years.
At the Red Cross we provide those ages 11 and older with a comprehensive education in babysitting and child care best practices. However, it's important to note that none of our babysitting classes in Arizona are intended for state-licensed child care providers, as our courses do not meet all of the state requirements for such certification.
After successfully completing your Red Cross babysitter training in Arizona, you'll receive a digital certificate that you can print up and place in your portfolio or access online at any time.
