At the Red Cross, we believe that every member of your family should not only know how to swim, but how to safely conduct themselves around water, and know how to help in times of crisis. That's why, even if you already know how to swim, we encourage all parents with children enrolled in our Des Moines swim classes to take lessons, as well. Not only will the class help you correct any bad habits you may be mirroring to your child, but it will give you the opportunity to become an even stronger swimmer. In addition, if you're not already certified in CPR, first aid and AED use, one of our online, in-person, or blended Simulation Learning courses, can help you learn how to take care of your family should an emergency arise. Check our newest course schedule for details on all of the classes available in your area.
